puffs have changed

"I have been buying puffs since they first came out. The last batch I bought, 10 boxes, did not seem the same. They seemed thinner than I am used to. Although they are soft, they are thin and I almost need two. I buy the basic to have around the house for everyday sniffles and sneezes. I buy extra strength when ill/bad allergies symptoms. The basics have changed . . .very disappointing."

"I love your product!
But I do not understand who is designing and giving
the color to the boxes!
I just seen the worst selection I have ever seen in the
store--almost switched to another brand!
We still have the box with red-white-blue flag on it and transfer tissues to the old box! Please talk this
over and get real! If you don't you are going to lose a good customer!"

"Love these tissues. Have been using them for years. Easy to remove from box. I use the large boxes from a wholesale club. Only thing I would change is the decor of the boxes. They are getting a little crazy. I am going to save my old normal boxes I have left and use them over again."

Too weak for Allergies

"I currently have "August Allergies" and everytime I blow my nose, it goes right through. Sorry, but the "Basic" version just isn't strong enough for allergies. Two to three tissues required to keep my hands clean!"
